The Finnish Cup is over for the men’s team

Three games later you can state that the men’s team did not advance, but it was certainly a positive experience and a good run.

The first game of the day SC Saragoza faced the favourites to advance – Konnat, who have demolished all opponents during their first two years of competitive floorball with 31 wins, 4 ties and 1 lost game and a goal difference of astonishing 350-94.

A short clip from the match can be seen here above, and the scoresheet is here.

In their second game the men’s team faced Adonis, who placed fourth in their zone of the 4th division last year. After a fairly poor game had been played SC Saragoza took the victory and got a third match.

The third game was a pretty onesided story, Jeppis FBC, who finished 2nd in the same zone as Adonis and got a spot in the third division last year, had a better stamina and were able to keep the tempo up. Jeppis could pull away with 2-3 goals and that kept the lead pretty solid throughout the game. As the end neared the home team tried a last push, but Jeppis could capitalize on that and got the victory fairly easily. Final result 8-3. Scoresheet can be found here and a short videoclip below.

A big thank you to injuried Kim Hammarberg for the clips.
